Refund policy

 

Returns
If you would like to return your item please sent an email to dan@pikol.co.uk or message the Pikol instagram and we will let you know where to send the return.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and money will be send to the original bank account used.

Exchanges
If you would like to return an item and exchange it for another one on the website then get in touch through instagram or email dan@pikol.co.uk. Unfortunately we can only exchange your item for ones that have been released and are in stock on the website and cannot exchange for items that are currently being made.

Returns are not valid on sale items.
